PFHA Grand National Show - 2012

The 40th Annual Grand National Championship Show was held at the Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington, KY, the Horse Capital of the World. The competition was fierce, with just under 600 horses competing. Fox Hill showed five horses and we are proud to say most placed in their classes. Caprechio was the shining star, placing second in the Open and A/O, Performance Stallion class, and second in the A/O Grand National Championship. The most improved was Gondola, she placed sixth in the Open Fino Mares, and fourth in the A/O class and Championship. Now she can relax and have her foal which is due next year. The crew at Fox Hill would like to thank the Show Committee for all their hard work putting on the show. Next year let's hope the weather is warmer!

As usual the Fox Hill crew had a fabulous time at the Murfreesboro show. We had our trailers loaded with seven horses and were looking forward to experiencing our first show with our new trainer, Ramon E. Figueroa. He had a few weeks to work the horses before the show, and considering that short time, the horses performed well and we all had a very successful show. We'd like to thank everyone involved at the TVPFHA show for their hard work. It's very much appreciated! Also a special thanks goes out to Jay for his help with preparing the horses to show. You did a great job.
